Love these little biscuits. Brings back many memories making them at Christmas as a child.

Ingredients

250 g unsalted butter, room temperature
125 g icing sugar
560 g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
250g chopped nuts (I used pecan)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Form into one inch balls and bake at 180c for 14 to 17 minutes until light golden brown.

After baking, when it is still hot cool, roll in icing sugar.

Once they cool completely roll again in the icing sugar.
