This couldn’t  be a more simple and healthy snack. Pumpkin season means we gorge on roasted seeds for weeks.

You can do so much with them. I use olive oil when roasting but why not try a chilli oil. Sprinkle your favorite spices over before the oven. Enjoy this seasonal snack!


Wash your pumpkin seeds in warm water to remove any leftover pulp. Leave to drain in colander and dab with paper towel. Pop on baking sheet, one layer. Light Oil coating over them and sprinkle with salt. 180c about 20 min giving them a turn half way through. Remove when  nice and toasty xx
